Station Park

Alison Lawton:

On Tuesday April 14th we have our first work day of the year for Station Park between 8.30-10.30am and we invite you to join us for Spring Clean-up. Home Baked snacks will be provided to nourish you after your efforts!
For those of you who are not familiar with the park, it is located across Lincoln road from The Tack Room, adjacent to the Lincoln train station.  It is a little haven where amongst others, people waiting for trains sit in nature. It has a rich history dating back to the early 20th century (see attached summary for information) and a more recently planted but well established native plant garden.

We meet at the park every two weeks from April through October on varying days (Tuesday or Thursdays this year) anytime during 8.30-10.30am and we would love to have any interested garden club member join us on any of the scheduled dates this year.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me on my email: lawtonaf@gmail.com.
I look forward to meeting you at the park on April 14th.  If you’re not a Garden Club member and are interested in Station Park come on Tuesday the 14th and maybe you will want to join 🙂
